Nice looking, sketchy control panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Bosch products but I'm not crazy about the controls on top of the door. I'm a tad shaky and they don't seem to respond well to my touch. They actually locked up one evening. All lights flashing and no way to stop or re-start. They had re-set by morning, but it wasn't a happy experience. It's incredibly quiet, and does an excellent wash. All in all, I'm happy with the product but wish the controls were more user-friendly.

Quiet as a mouse - couldn’t be happier

Does the job quietly

Have not done a heavy load or a load with greasy dishes, but everything comes out clean, except make sure to not have smears of tahini or peanut butter, that does not come off unless prepped well, which I have to repeat to my family.

500 Series that Delivers

Capacity is more than adequate for our family and dishes come out sparkling clean. Functionality of controls is very intuitive and thus was simple to learn. We can run it any time of the day since it is VERY quiet. Bosch delivers a solidly built machine that works!

It's Okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishes are consistently wet after the drying cycle is completed. I use the recommended rinse/spot protector, but glasses still come out spotty and do not appear fully clean.
The third rack does not accommodate ramekins and is only useful for utensils. The bottom rack layout is awkward, making it difficult to fit all dishes—it often feels like a game of Tetris. When I pull out the bottom rack, the round dishes roll out of place.
Additionally, the utensil basket is not secure and slides around when opening and closing the rack.
Also, I am not a fan of the WiFi; it seems like you can only access some features using the Wifi. I wish there were a way to turn off the wifi.

Needs second utensil basket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Older 5 series had two baskets for utensils. This one only has one and where the other would sit, there are other things so there is no room for a second. Love this dishwasher but not being able to fit as many utensils in like the old one, that is a major inconvenience.
