LOVE our Bosch Dishwasher!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our 1st Bosch DW several years ago when we remodeled the kitchen in our 25 yr old home. Unfortunately, we sold the home before we really got to enjoy the DW. However, we were so impressed, we knew we could never buy any other brand! Fast forward to 2025, when we purchased a home with kitchen that also desperately needed updating. We knew immediately we'd buy another Bosch DW. The new DW was delivered a month ago and again, we are beyond happy with our purchase. We love everything about it from the sleek design to the 3rd rack to how incredibly quiet it is! If it weren't for the small red indicator light, you would never know it was even running! This was a really important feature for us as our new home is small with an open floor plan so we didn't want to hear it running while relaxing in the family room or sunroom. I can't say enough good things about Bosch dishwashers!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is solidly constructed and cleans well. It's easy to use, and I like the 3rd rack feature. I'm still getting used to the loading lay out, as it's different from my last dishwasher.

Very quiet but that’s it

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really wanted to like this expensive dishwasher, but I just can’t. The best thing about it is that it’s whisper quiet. You would hardly know it’s working while standing next to it (red operating spotlight comes handy). But that’s about it.
* It doesn’t wash well - Everything smells chemically, despite using recommended pellets and rinse aid.
* It hardly dries at all - Cutlery, cups, glasses and dishes are still wet at the end of the cycle even when set to Extra Dry.
* The rack slots are oddly spaced - I can fit FEWER dishes and bowls into this dishwasher than into my ancient old one.
* Control panel is overly sensitive - You need light touch to change settings, and it’s very easy to double tap, thus canceling the selection.
* Requires WiFi - Some features are only available with a WiFi connection and app. I don’t need a computer to wash my dishes.

Best decision ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dishwasher wasn't that old but it wasn't doing the job we needed. The new Bosch 500 is perfect! I swear it holds more dishes than our previous dishwasher, we love the 3rd drawer and the cycles don't take as long! All in all a great investment!

Super Quiet, but disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is super quiet, love the red light on the floor so you know it's running! Disappointed in the bottom rack set up, and the much smaller utensil cady. It can't be positioned where I want it as it doesn't hook to the rail. The long back row of slots for plates is great, but the rest of the bottom rack seems awkward. The 2nd rack is kind of awkward as well . The top rack is great/roomy and fits ALOT of knives, spatuals's, etc.

Best dishwasher ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the quiewst dishwasher ever. You can't hear it at all. The dishes fit and stay upright. I got the original cutlery 3rd rack and it keeps the silverware organized.

Love Bosch being so quiet. The 3rd rack is a plus I use regularly. The configuration of the drawers was different than my old one but pushing down the extra tines helped. Don't really appreciate the small silverware rack and don't understand why it was changed. Would give 5 but for that change.
