As quiet as advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one month, it's been mostly excellent: very quiet and excellent cleaning performance. I don't find the interface very intuitive and dislike needing to use an app to access several of the wash modes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What we like:
- looks very sharp
- easy to clean
- extremely quiet
- easy to clean filter
- 3rd top rack is often handy
- really does a great job cleaning dishes
- Bosch was very quick to stand behind their warranty when we had a part fail - no hassle; no argument; no costs - contracted the repair with the best appliance repair shop in our town; repair done very quickly

What we don't like:
- dish racks are somewhat clumsy to load - prefer our old Maytag
- comes with only one small silverwear basket - two would be better
- controls are hidden under counter during operation - would prefer to have access
- did not come with a paper copy of manual - unacceptable for $1k appliance - main reason we rated 4 and not 5

Love how quiet it is. Enjoy the different rack adjustments. Have never had a third rack and am using it all the time. The only reason I didn't give the dishwasher 5 stars is because nothing is perfect but this comes really close.
