Astonishingly sparkling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m astonished both by the beauty and ease of this dishwasher, and the sparkling clean glassware that emerges. I actually had to take pictures, at first I couldn’t believe my eyes. I love the way there is a minute countdown on the outside, but also that you can easily adjust the middle rack if you have extra big glassware on one side etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install (other than undoing some questionable engineering choices from the previous homeowner - not the problem of the dishwasher!), and delightful to use. With the 3rd rack, we have extra space for pots and pans - perfect for a baby at home!

Huge upgrade from our pervious dishwasher!

Excellent dishwasher!

It's extremely quiet, I love all the features, and the ability to connect and set up a wash later in the day/night when it's convenient.

So far so good

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Replaced a 15 yr old dishwasher that has been slowly dying. If this unit is able to last that long, I'll be impressed.
I love how quiet the unit is and so far I have not had any dishes come out dirty. I wish it did a better job drying, especially plastics, but other dishes generally come out dry. Even using the extra dry and sanitize settings just has not done the job getting those plastic containers completely dry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So quiet I didn’t know it was running!

Trays pull out with ease, and so quiet you'll have to put your ear to it or look for the light on the floor to know it's running. This is our 2nd Bosch and will stay with the brand because of the longevity, quality, and features offered,

Great device, horrific use of app

Great dishwasher - 10/10 as far as rack design, space, cleaning prowess.
But overall I cannot recommend this dishwasher as basic features like delay start are only accessible via the app.
Absolutely mind blogging. It's a dishwasher - I want to push 2-3 buttons and be done. There is zero need for an app and it greatly diminshes a streamlined user experience. And if one is a cynic, and uses the BMW example, one could expect these to be subscriber paid features over time, despite having spent a considerable amount of money to purchase the appliance, with the full expectation of having access to all features during its life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hope it lasts longer this time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this diswasher to replace a 6 year old Bosch diswasher, similar model. I liked the other one, but it quit working and the repair was going to be too expensive. This new one is the same EXCEPT the silverware rack is now half the size as the previous model. This was not a good change that was made. The new one is quiet and does a good job (like the previous model). Can I get a different siverware rack? By the way, our Bosch refrigerator failed (water dispenser) after four years and we couldn't get parts to fix it. Had to purchase a new refrigerator. What has happened to Bosch quaslity?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
