[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't think it would be possible to fall in love with a dishwasher but here we are. We run it nightly and shove heavy food stained dishes in it and they always come out fabulously.

500 Series Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new dishwasher; it's quieter than a mouse. However, I am disappointed that I still have to wash my wine glasses by hand. My water is hot and soft. I am using the recommended detergent and Jet Dry rinse aid, yet every time the stemmed wine glasses come out with spots.

Awesome dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher! The first time that I turned it on, I didn't know if it was actually running because it is so quiet. I really like the way that it is set up to load dishes. I can fit many more dishes in the dishwasher than I have in previous Dishwashers. Although, the Tupperware is not always fully dried, it is mostly dried and every thing else is completely dried and clean. I have never had a Bosch dishwasher before, but so far I am happy with the product. We have had it about one month.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Home Connect - Useless

Who needs to run a dishwasher from a Phone??. Particularly when you took away important features like "delay" and "Rinse only" and an error code screen. These used to be buttons on the door, now only accessible through the "App". Really? Making things far more complicated than they need to be. Give me my old dishwasher back without the Home Connect feature. KISS.

Love how quiet it is. Enjoy the different rack adjustments. Have never had a third rack and am using it all the time. The only reason I didn't give the dishwasher 5 stars is because nothing is perfect but this comes really close.

What we like:
- looks very sharp
- easy to clean
- extremely quiet
- easy to clean filter
- 3rd top rack is often handy
- really does a great job cleaning dishes
- Bosch was very quick to stand behind their warranty when we had a part fail - no hassle; no argument; no costs - contracted the repair with the best appliance repair shop in our town; repair done very quickly

What we don't like:
- dish racks are somewhat clumsy to load - prefer our old Maytag
- comes with only one small silverwear basket - two would be better
- controls are hidden under counter during operation - would prefer to have access
- did not come with a paper copy of manual - unacceptable for $1k appliance - main reason we rated 4 and not 5
