Okay but not as good as my last Bosch dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I love all of my Bosch appliances, my previous dishwasher, which had been running great for about 12 years, had a waterline break, and we decided to go ahead with a replacement. I will say the features of this being an app on my phone are convenient, though being able to program and run it with a time delay from the actual unit itself would be much more appreciated. The handle on the outside that you pull on is plastic and feels very cheap/moves, the dividers on the inside are not nearly as convenient and adjustable as the previous older model that we had before.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best dishwasher ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old BOSCH dishwasher started to have a leak at the motor and was not cost-effective to repair. We replaced it with this unit and it's the best dishwasher we've ever owned. It's bigger and much quieter than the former unit. It cleans very well. Having the app is a plus because I can check on the cycle when we're away from home (or even at home since it's so quiet).

Bosh 500 dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here is my review of my new Bosch 500 dishwasher. First of all, it looks very well made, and it does clean the dishes very well. It also has a Wi-Fi option so you can monitor or start your dishwasher by cell phone app which is handy at times. On the negative side it does a poor job drying the dishes. I believe it's because it's a European dishwasher and there's restrictions on power consumption so it doesn't have a heating ring in the bottom to help dry the dishes. A new version actually pops the door open partially after the cycle is over. And the next level version which I believe the Bosch 800 has some crystal drying mechanism. The reason I bought the Bosch is it has a strong track record of lasting a long time. My previous dishwasher was a GE higher and model and it still died relatively early. The Bosch dishwashers are a little bit more expensive than comparable models. I think I paid like two or $300 extra above other models. But in the long run, I think we'll have more value.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pleased with my purchase. I'm pleased that parts are interchangeable.The seller kept showing us the flexible 3rd tray but it didn't come with my model so I purchsed the one I wanted and it was changed without any problems.

Fantastic Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is better in every way than I ever imagined. The app makes it easy to control, and the dishwasher gets dishes cleaner than ever before. This is also the quietest dishwasher I have ever heard, and I do audio for a living.
The only negative is that there is no visible display when closed, and the display does not show a numeric counter for time. However, all of that is in the app. I can even control the dishwasher from my watch!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ok, nothing to brag about

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing about this machine is that it's the quietest machine I've ever seen. The worst thing about it is that it doesn't completely dry - neither the dishes or the inside of the machine. I tried to return the machine because of this issue but I was told that I couldn't replace the machine because of buyers remorse. My old whirlpool dried the dishes and the inside of the machine.

Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To improve drying results, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying feature.
