Came promptly and is everything I expected and more. Customer service was great and the whole experience was painless. Have it over a month now with no issues. What I like about it the most is that it has 3X time the capabilities of what I really need at 1/3 the size of its competitors. Would recommend if looking for a decent computer that should last for many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the P3 Ultra configured with an i7-13700, RTX A2000 12GB, 1TB SSD and 64GB RAM for use as our primary office PC and with those specs, it should last us quite a while. The performance packed into such into such a tiny chassis makes the 12.7L M1 I built look quite large by comparison. For a small form-factor PC, this machine is surprisingly quiet, even under heavy use. Setup was a breeze, with very little unwanted software installed (just a few MS apps) and while I haven't been a big fan of 8 and 10, Windows 11 has actually been enjoyable to use.
Spent a very long time looking for a pre-built SFF PC with a warranty that took up little desk real estate while still offering performance far better than a low-powered laptop and the P3 Ultra is an impressively tiny little powerhouse at a very reasonable price that fit that bill perfectly. Would highly recommend this machine to others and will likely purchase another one to eventually replace the SFF PC I built for home use. Been very happy with the quality of the Lenovo ThinkPads and tablets I've purchased for home and work, and our new ThinkStation P3 Ultra seems every bit as nice.
