[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A friend recommended I get this for my new ooni oven. They were right - it is essential to know how hot it is in the oven. It is almost impossible to know without this tool ( you could be off by a few hundred degrees!)

Received it as a replacement as my old thermometer failed. The new version is a lot bigger which i was not sure to start with. But it’s so much nicer to hold and the display is on a different level.
