[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the Ooni digital thermometer and it has been great! It does take awhile to warm up the oven, this way I know I have the oven at the correct temp before sliding the pizza in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very useful. You have to have one to use the oven. You aim it at the stone and load the pizza around 900 F. Keep an eye on it because after about 20 minutes the stone goes to 900 very fast.
