Robust thermometer, quick operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordering was super-simple, as always in Ooni's webshop. My previous thermometer (non-Ooni) broke and even though it was good, there was one problem - it was slow to start. Ooni's thermometer gives readouts immediately after pressing the trigger, which is the most important feature I value. Accuracy / tolerance seems to be fairly good and I like the way this thing displays also the MIN & MAX temps to make sure you're measuring correctly. Feels like perfect product so far!

Nice thermometer. A must with this type of oven to ensure it has heated up adequately. You can also detect the temp in different locations in the oven for evenness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sent as a Christmas gift, but recipient said it's awesome! Never knew there was such a temp difference between outside and stone temp. His pizzas are much better now and rarely burns crust!
