Everybody likes a firm bottom

If you like me are an admirer of a firm bottom then the digital thermometer is for you ! It's simple to use, extremely well made and very clear to read and most importantly takes the guesswork out of the all important stone temperature !
Since using this, all the bottoms that I've nibbled on have been firm, tasty and had that lovely light brown colour that we all look for :)

Best infrared thermometer for Ooni ovens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does the job perfectly. Supposedly, it's pre-set for Ooni ovens, so I guess that it's accurate. And it seems sturdy and durable. I think it was a good purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thermometer works great, just don't let it get too hot (leave it in the AZ sun for too long), it gives an Error code that isn't referenced in any of the documentation. BUt, once it cooled back down it started working again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am happy with this thermometer. It has no trouble reading the temperature on the pizza stone. My old thermometer did not work on the higher temperatures that the pizza over operates. This one works great.

This temp gauge is easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This temp gauge is easy to use, fast, and dependable. Far better than any I have had before. The angle of the beam is perfect for scanning the baking stone under the lip of the pizza oven. It is made perfectly for its intended use.
