A Real Eye-opener

Of course, this is an essential tool for making pizza; each dough is made for a specific heat range and the stone temperature is the most important. But I’ve been using it on all sorts of surfaces and materials and have learned a lot about all my cooking utensils.

Poor quality

Seems poor quality. First one I bought(at Ace) didn’t work at all. Second one the battery pack didn’t really work and then got stuck inside and power cut in and out. Took it back and ordered a real one online.
