It surprised me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I confess I was not willing to buy this thermometer as I have another lase termometer. However, I had no option as it was part of the bundle I was acquiring.
The box says it is tuned for the corderite stone of the oven. True or not, I can tell I was impressed with the performance of this thermometer when compared to the other one I have.

No More guessing the Temperature

The Ooni Thermometer solved the problem of guessing temp. for pizza. I've only used it for that and it works great. My friend gifted the Ooni to us and we're gifting the thermometer to her to solve her overcooking problem.

Great thermometer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this thermometer to use with my Ooni pi,xa oven, bit most recently used it to check the temperature of my conventional oven while baking bread in my dutch oven, since I found the oven temperature is fofferen5 than the dial says.

My Ooni pizza gauge read red hot, my barbecue prob read 350deg ? Buying the infrared thermometer solved the problem, gave instant temperature of the pizza stone, now wouldn’t be without it.
