My ooni thermometer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s quite simply a very easy to operate infrared thermometer. It takes the guesswork out of cooking pizza on the stone. The temperature range of this thermometer is higher than many other cheaper models. A must for for Neapolitan style pizza.
