Still learning functions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still learning most of the functions. It would have been much more helpful if Whirlpool had provided a manual explaining all the buttons! Finding it online was quite a hunting expedition. We are computer literate as my husband is retired IT. It wasn't easy finding a manual for our particular oven. I'm not ready to rate it yet. We have used the air fryer for a chicken thigh recipe that was delicious! Otherwise, just reheating and thawing is mostly how we use a microwave.

Lots of features

I'm still figuring out all the functions and am excited to explore the air fry, convection and roast features. It's more powerful than my last one. It's more stylish than my last one. I have a black kitchen and my new black microwave fits right in. Love it!!!

Easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good, bought to replace a 13 year old kitchenaid and so far it has met expectations. Really like the ease of clean up with the lack of a turntable to hassle with. Heating seems fine compared to the replacement kitchenaid despite some of the reviews claiming it's lacking power. The air fry is lacking compared to my counter top appliance but was able to compensate by adding a little more time. Hopefully lasts as long as my last microwave, time will tell.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great look and design, but confusing modes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions are not included with the microwave, you need to get them as a PDF from the website, and even then they are generic instructions that cover several models, with features that not all similiar models have, which is odd. The description claims to offer bake and dehydrate settings, but no such settings are available, even though the online manual also has them

Questioning quality of Whirlpool.

We have had this microwave a couple of years. Everything was great until several months ago. The screen started dimming off and on until it has gone out except for a faint shade of the cooking time. We tap the 30sec time “start” for how long we want to heat food. Example if we want to warm a dish for 1minute and 30secs, then we tap it 3 times. Most of the time we have to warm the food longer. It is not cooking at the original capacity. I have done some research and apparently there is a known glitch with the door panel/controls. You can not even read the clock to tell the time. There should be a recall/replacement by Whirlpool. This is a high quality microwave. The actual quality and price do not match. I have always liked Whirlpool products but this has been a BIG disappointment. All of our appliances are Whirlpool for our kitchen and laundry room in our main home and two vacation homes. Now we are having an issue with our home dishwasher and washing machine leaking water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A bit disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with our new home as part of an upgrade package of kitchen appliances. It looks very nice and appears to have some nice features. But I was dis appointed as there is no turn table and in less than two weeks it has posted a "lost power" message twice and making very weird noises when running. The noise sounds like something is rubbing or scraping against something. I will be opening a case for it first thing Monday morning. As a secondary issue, I registered all three of the Whirlpool appliances that came with the package, by telephone on March 13. When I log in I did not see any of those as registered. I re-registered all of them via the web site.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the fact that this microwave has an air fryer and use that feature quite a bit. We also love the sleek design of the microwave. One issue that we’ve had is that it has randomly lost power and we get a message saying we have to reset the date and time of the microwave. I’m not sure why that happens but other than that it’s been good.
I would recommend this to a friend!
