[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The problem with Whirlpool is they don't provide good user manuals. I wanted to try the Air Fry option but the manual and the app do not say what the recommended rack position, temperature, or cook time is for any items you want to air fry.

I bought this sixth month ago. It's working well but it's impossible to find charcoal filter when you have to change it. There is no information about filter p/n in manual or neither on web. Can’t find correct size charcoal filter anywhere.

Not happy with this microwave at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I am not happy with this microwave. The unit is large but the actual cooking box is quite small. I don’t find that any of the cook modes heat the food adequately. I have to rely only on the manual timer. It came with the new house I bought. I woul not purchase this microwave if given a choice.

Poor programming. It needs to be user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is complicated to operate and maintain. When first setting it up, I couldn’t figure out how to set the clock. I went through all of the menu options and couldn’t get it. It told me to register it. I finally gave up and did that but I still couldn’t set the time. I will have to go through the owners manual to figure it out. Background: I am very competent when it comes to technology, I was in Information Technology for 30 years.
