Over engineered nonsense

It is technically capable of microwaving and baking, but it forces you to navigate through an arduous meaning sequence just to turn it on.
For instance, to bake anything with it, you have to select cook. It then asks you what you’re cooking — as if my oven needs to know this — but you can make it to manual cook. Selecting this then asks you for a time and it will turn off after. Then, a temperature. THEN it will begin to work.
It begs to be connected to to the WiFi constantly but I simply don’t want it on the WiFi. I don’t want to use an app to control my oven. Who asked for this?

Every time the power blinks, I have to reset the clock and it won’t work until I do.

Beautiful Design, Disappointing Operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautifully designed Microwave that came already installed in a new Motorcoach. The Operations needs a better interface. I thought we were getting (and it was sold to us) a microwave/Convection cooking oven. Unfortunately, there is no convection oven function or button for it or baking. The Motorcoach company decided to eliminate the gas oven as the microwave was supposed to have a convection baking function, that actually the oven doesn't have. There are nice additional functions, like Air Fryer, grill, roasting and others, but getting to some of the additional fuctions needs several levels of selection in the programing. The Airfryer option is nice, but it doesn't perform at the level of a dedicated Airfryer. The Airfryer option requires additional time, higher temperature or both to perform correctly. The heating element is on the top only. There is no way to do cookies, baking or even a Pizza. Very disappointed. I will need a separate Toaster Oven as there is no oven in the coach anymore. If I would have known about the oven no having a convection cooking function, I would have sacrificed a drawer for an oven. The only thing that it does well is Microwaving.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is definitely and upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found my new functions of my new microwave to be nice features. The features work well and the product does a good job cooking things appropriately. The food usually does not come out over cooked. I did find the operation a bit complicated to figure out, but once I had it has been a great tool for our kitchen. My spouse is still trying to figure out how to operate it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave was included in our house purchase. The inside is very small in relation to the actual size You need to be an IT person to figure out how to use it and there were no instructions included so you had to go online and find the instructions . It works well. The inside area is not as big as our old microwave so we have had to make some adjustments to a smaller cooking area

Love the light feature under the microwave
