Maybe a good appliance, but ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works fine for a microwave but is hard to setup, You have to go online to get directions for just about anything. I have yet to connect it the internet. The interface it difficult to understand. It takes 10 minutes to set the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great looking but a non-performer

We bought this A couple of months ago and have put it through the paces, the air fryer does not meet expectations. There’s no tray for Grease to drip in, so haven’t tried cooking chicken wings in it yet. Just trying to avoid a mess. The microwave seems pretty weak too, the product looks great, but does not perform that well
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Light button does not turn light on and off...

I have already left a review on the substandard programming, but... why is the light button only able to control the light level (while running)? It should allow someone to turn the internal light on and off...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] setup is more complicated but has been working good. would prefer having manual because relearning a new way of cooking is always trial and error but with food being more expensive wasting food by overcooking is not something I like doing. like the flush mounting and the sleek black glass doors and touch screen and no handles .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had high hopes despite some of the reviews, Air fryer still needs some tweaking to work as good as the standalone units. Wish that it did have a toast option like some air fryers instead of trying to finagle the grill To toast

I bought this product about 6 months ago. It works fine. But the door is separating from the microwave. It's seems per asking about it from appliance repair places this microwave has frequent door issues and or door replacement problems

Point out what needs to be improved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While design is important, performance is even more crucial. Although the fan is an additional feature of a microwave, it is completely ineffective in this product. This is because, in order to fit the cabinet depth, the steam generated from the front burner of the cooktop range adheres to the glass surface of the microwave, causing odor, cleaning difficulties, and functional issues. The lamp should use a daylight Kelvin level that accurately reflects the color of cooked food, instead of a fluorescent lamp. Additionally, the inconvenience of having to press the cancel button on the microwave after every use needs to be improved.
