So far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve only been using this microwave for a couple of weeks, but we love it so far. The air fryer works great. We just need to figure out all the other things it’s capable of doing to really enjoy all of its features.

Don't buy this microwave model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the worst appliances ever purchased. The fact that their is no operating manual except on line does not make it easy at all to learn how to run the microwave. Setting the clock and date should be simple but on this model is a joke. Trying to find out how to adjust the power range for warmups is a nightmare. Why do you have to confirm every move does not make any sense and leaves you frustrated if you forget. Understand the world is becoming nothing but apps but something is wrong in the mindset when designs are not simply easy to operate. How about some thought to the older generation ease of operation that maybe even the younger groups wouldn't always have to pull out their phone. Microwave simplicity of operation radically needs to be improved and sucks.

More complicated than it needs to be

This was installed with a new-build home. I doubt I would have selected it in a store. Fundamental flaws: the layout of the numbers in a linear format instead of the classic and expected matrix on literally every other microwave in the world; for heating instructions which direct you to use less than 100% power (yes, there are products and recipes which tell you to use 70% power, 50% power, etc), you can’t do it with this microwave. It has preset modes which imagine scenarios like reheating casseroles or softening butter, but no means to just select the % of power output you want.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features!

I love that it can be used for more than just microwaving, especially in this heat of an AZ summer allowing me to prepare my meals without heating up my house more by using the traditional oven,

It does not work well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this from the builder studio when I had my house built February. It really is just for looks... I say that because, it takes 5 mins to heat up food that has been in refrigerator overnight, 3 m8ns for just regular food, it does not airfry well at all.. I mean it looks great, it does what the app tells it but 0 power... its like having a Ferrari body kit on a Chevy Malibu...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
