Poor programming. It needs to be user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is complicated to operate and maintain. When first setting it up, I couldn’t figure out how to set the clock. I went through all of the menu options and couldn’t get it. It told me to register it. I finally gave up and did that but I still couldn’t set the time. I will have to go through the owners manual to figure it out. Background: I am very competent when it comes to technology, I was in Information Technology for 30 years.

Disappointed

After it’s done air frying the fan run 10 minutes or longer very annoying And when you run the microwave, it takes long to To just heat up anything I was very excited to get this product but very disappointed. I’m calling to see if I can return it.

Good but has flaws.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the styling of microwave. However other reviews had mentioned that it has a flaw that it will display power was lost and I have to do a complete a factory reset. This has occurred several times in the two months I have owned the microwave. It should be noted that there has never been a power loss and it is a flaw somewhere in the software. This should be looked into by Whirlpool.

Need user manual

Where is the Operators Manual

Nice looking microwave. It has an installation manual but no operator's manual. Very Complicated. It is impossible to contact Whirlpool for support. Possibly the worst phone support ever. The microwave did not come with an Operation Manual, and I can't find anything online. I purchased this for my Aunt & Uncle. The WiFi App might provide some information, but it appears that the App only works with a smart phone, and not an iPad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
