very good unit with minor hiccups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave works very well so far I found no issues with its operation at all. My only obstacle with this unit was setting up the Wi-Fi. Communication to my mobile device was kind of awkward in getting established for Wi-Fi connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super disappointed with this microwave. The air fry setting is awful and it does not air fry well at all. The microwave settings are not that great either. Save your money

Regretfully Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item as a Christmas present for my son and daughter in law.
They love it.
It is a beautiful appliance.
What should be noted that Whirlpool does not offer an easily used model comparison charts.
As a result the item I purchased did not have all the features I wanted.
Further it should be noted that the item is not returnable.
And I paid for installation
The item was chosen by watching YOUTUBE Videos .
Most of which were generated by companies sell the product.
In that the videos were factually incorrect and open ended.
I could not find the model purchased in stock anywhere close to my home.
So I have some recommendations.
Create a comparison chart indicating the different models and the differences..
Create Model Specific Videos and further authorize these videos as official Whirlpool Product Videos.
And DATE THEM.
As I found, they make look the same but they are not.
Hopefully this commentary will be of use to you.
I own various Whirlpool, Kitchenaid and Maytag Products.
They make a great product.
They love it.

Efficient with many features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appliance came with new construction home. The unit has a variety of features (e.g. air fry and auto open door) which are very useful.
We find the cooking chamber to be smaller than expected. Also, the touch sensitive key pad sometimes misreads the selection intended.
