[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No directions or information on how to use all the functions of this multi function microwave/ air fryer/grill.. the instructions tell you to go online but nothing there except quick start instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The problem with Whirlpool is they don't provide good user manuals. I wanted to try the Air Fry option but the manual and the app do not say what the recommended rack position, temperature, or cook time is for any items you want to air fry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely confusing to work. Too complicated and high tech. Does micro, air fry, grill, etc but doesn’t bake. I needed an extra oven and was told it would bake. IMPORTANT: At least once a month it loses power when the power supply has not been lost at all throughout my house. It’s just the microwave that loses power and I have to reset it every time which is very confusing. This power thing, Im afraid is a fire hazard. Please help. Want to change it out for another one. Bought 2 other appliances when I bought this microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Door quality!

Not to happy with the quality. The door is broken and I've only had it for a few years. Looking for a different brand/model for a replacement now.
