Disappointing except for heating water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this microwave in new house kitchen with builder who uses Whirlpool products and we wanted a convection microwave, so we ended up with it. Compared to a GE Profile one we had, the Whirlpool is very complicated, it doesn’t seem to heat evenly, its sensor doesn’t seem to result in good results (get too hot or unevenly heated). In addition, the manual and documentation provided really aren’t helpful. Furthermore, the Whirlpool has settings in grams and I can’t find how or even if I can get ounces. It does seem to work well for heating water and its warm versus hot setting for water is nice.
