Disappointing except for heating water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this microwave in new house kitchen with builder who uses Whirlpool products and we wanted a convection microwave, so we ended up with it. Compared to a GE Profile one we had, the Whirlpool is very complicated, it doesn’t seem to heat evenly, its sensor doesn’t seem to result in good results (get too hot or unevenly heated). In addition, the manual and documentation provided really aren’t helpful. Furthermore, the Whirlpool has settings in grams and I can’t find how or even if I can get ounces. It does seem to work well for heating water and its warm versus hot setting for water is nice.

Excellent microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed our new microwave and really like it. So many features including an air fry mode. Love that it is flush with the cabinets. I just wish they had a better manual rather than having to go online. The cardboard template is nice and it took 3 guys to install this heavier appliance.

Washer & Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am short so I have to get a step ladder to get my clothes out of the washer. I'm not sure about the soap dispense but it seems to be getting my clothes clean. The vent on the dryer is hard to clean since the plastic thing over covers and I can't see if I got all the lint out.
