It's about 14 months old and the oven is taking over an hour to preheat to 400. We'll see how the warranty process goes with customer service.

Beautiful range but not perfect performance

We recently got the forno massimo range and it is beautiful. Some of the burners were running hotter than the temp set and others not hot enough. Notified the company. Was told via email that this is normal and that it was just a matter of us getting used to using the range. Not super helpful.
