High Power Range!

We have only had our dual fuel French door range in service for 2 months but we absolutely love it. I do need to get used to the fact that it is a professional style range and more powerful than my previous one and that there is no electronic display, but I actually love the analog feel of it. I put an oven thermometer inside to ensure the temperature is true to the setting (it is) and to know when it is fully heated. So far, so good! I have one slight issue with one of the knobs rubbing when it turns that I am going to write Forno about, but based on previous reviews I have confidence they will take care of it

Gorgeous and well packaged but.....

I just spent hours cutting the cabinets in my kitchen to put this new range in place. I plugged it in but the cooktop isn't working. This was a major purchase and I'm feeling very unsure about it at the moment.

Just got it delivered last month and installed. Can't wait to bake cookies. one month in and I am trying to figure out why the oven is not starting.

The seller did a bait and switch (Electronic Express) - horrible experience but stuck as we need an oven. Overall so far - so-so. Very slow for the oven to preheat but once heated maintains a steady temp.

Not your standard plug and play range. Stove top works great. Convection oven requires more skill.

Looks great, several items don't work

First of all, our kitchen opening is 36", the range is also 36". As I understand it most ranges are built about 1/8 inch narrower so they can fit standard openings. My fault for making a wrong assumption that the range would be a bit narrower.
Items not working when installing the range:
- no LED lights in the knobs.
- hot surface indicator not working
- convection fan not working
- cooktop light not working
- oven light not working
- LED lights switch not working
- random large nut stuck at the back of the stainless cooktop. Not sure if that is a feature?
Hopefully we can get these items resolved. In the meantime, I need to get a granite company to shave the granite edge to allow the range to fit.

Lovely cooktop- but broken door

My stove has a great cooktop but it seems like there are issues with the door and liquid is somehow accumulating inside of it. Hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible.
