Only 2 days after new install, gas stops flowing

Only a couple days after the news installation of my dual-fuel gas range, the gas burners just stopped working (no gas flowing). Then 24 hours later they started working again. Nothing was touched. Now a week later, the gas has again stopped working. This doesn't bode well for future reliability.

oven is great. knobs and panel where the knobs are located get hot when above 400 degrees.
