Impressive features

This oven has a lot of great features and easy access to information. I also like wi-do connection that allows us to preheat the oven from our smart phones when we leave work. The only reasons this review is not 5 stars are we’ve only had it a short time so no idea on reliability and getting the controls to show up on the touch pad is tricky

Nice oven could be better

The oven bakes very well and evenly. That said there are a few things that could improve the oven. First the timer needs to be louder. Secondly and most importantly the racks need to be easier to take out. We have scratched up the inside of the oven quite a bit trying to move the racks.

Slow starter but finishes well

Takes a bit less than forever to preheat. The chime that signals that oven is ready sounds at 10-15 degrees below the pre-set level. After another 10-15 minutes it reaches and holds the pre-set temp.
