This is the 2nd GE wall oven we have had. This one experienced the same issue as our last one. Mother board died, the oven is out of warranty, parts wont be available for 4-6 months.
My own fault for buying a 2nd one. Dont make the same mistake.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is a beauty! It bakes faster than expected. Not sure if that's me, or the new appliance. I would take 5 minutes off the bake time just to be sure. It works beautifully! I love the smart feature (ex: preheating from my phone).
Replace working GE oven with smart with convection as my wife bakes and missed convection function for her cookies. Our old hose had a GE convection oven. Only been less than a month but if it’s as reliable as our other one’s we’ll be happy
The convention roast is my family's favorite feature. The probe also makes roasting easy. Set the temperature and the oven will let you know when your roast is ready.
After running a self-clean cycle debris and drips show up between the two pieces of glass of the oven door window. This is how you are supposed to clean it yourself: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=34524
