The Worst Oven I Have Ever Owned!

This oven is the very worst oven I have ever had. The cheapest stove I have ever owned was far superior to this! It takes forever to heat, will not get the middle of things like lasagna, pizza, etc. hot, and meanwhile, the top outer areas of food start to burn. This oven came with my newly built home and has made every holiday difficult with serving meals on time and at the proper temperatures. A little more money with another brand would go a long way! It's truly awful! The repairman said I need to let it warm up for a half hour before using it and that the temperature was ultimately reading correctly, to try using convection cooking. I do try convection cooking, but it takes an extra 20 to 40 minutes to cook things like bread. Otherwise, when the top of things starts burning, I have to set the oven on warm and wait a half hour to cook the inner parts of flatter food. It takes me one hour to cook a supreme pizza! If you want 90% of your oven-cooked meals to be problematic, this is the oven for you!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful & powerful stove oven

This stove oven looks very modern and beautiful in design. I love the design of the 5 gas stove. It also has a powerful oven that can cook up anything from baking goods to a full baked chicken.

Nice oven but has many features I did not want

I wanted a simple oven and GE no longer offers one. I will never use the convection bake or broil. I will never connect it to the Internet. I do like the "Warm" setting. I just wanted to bake and broil. I would only recommend this product if someone wanted a GE.

Great oven!

Great oven, cooks evenly. I love the timer. It does take a little bit longer to preheat than I would like but it cooks well. I love the pull out rack to get dishes in and out without having to put my arm/hand inside the oven while it's hot. Enjoy the wifi capability and being able to start the oven prior to getting home, or turn it off when needed.

Great new wall oven!

Our old GE series oven shorted and died after nearly 15 years so we replaced it with this new model. Once it was installed I tested it out with a batch of homemade cookies. All works great, it looks sleek, and I really appreciate the Wi-Fi feature so I can preheat it before we get home when need be. Overall we are very happy with our purchase so far! Thanks, GE!
