We love the oven, but it was delivered with the wrong racks. We cannot get the racks to move and this causes difficulty and even danger when the oven is hot.

Great appliance but the racks do not move in and out smoothly, this can get very annoying. I’ve had the oven for about 2 months now and it’s already scratched because of the friction of the racks. That’s my only complaint with this product. I love how sleek it is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We'd like to help offer tips that can help with the racks sticking. We recommend trying to put a small amount of vegetable oil on a paper towel, then rubbing the oil on the edge of the racks. For additional tips and to view a video about the position and removal practices, you can check this article: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=18673
We had a GE oven and had some issues. Replaced with the new one and it works great!

This wall oven is a stunner! This oven includes many amazing features including No Preheat Air Fry. This No Preheat Air Fry feature allows users to cook healthier, crispier versions of your favorite foods in less time, thanks to an air fryer right in your oven that doesn’t require preheating. We are confident that this oven will assist you with creating many delicious meals for years to come. Happy cooking!
If an oven can be pretty, this one has great lines and style. So many features still learning. I'm used to heat. cook, serve baking. Definitely a slight learning curve. Determined to use all features.

We're so glad that you are also a fan of the design for this oven. We think you've made an amazing choice and we're confident you will get the hang of all the features. Our favorite is the no preheat air fry mode, which makes absolutely delicious and crispy recipes, no frying oil needed.
We are unable to use our air fry mode on our new oven. The prompts say we need Wi-Fi to start the air fryer but not for baking or convection mode. I try to connect the oven to Wi-Fi but won’t connect

We are happy to provide guidance with this wall oven. The Air Fry feature in this oven is WiFi enabled. We've had our new wall oven for just a few weeks, and we are completely satisfied. Fit and finish are very good, and it is quiet while heating and cooling. First batch of cookies were beautiful! The racks are a little difficult to adjust. We are looking forward to getting better acquainted with the appliance.
Oven looks good, nice roll-out rack, BUT warm-up is very slow, sensor consistently reads far under actual temperature (as verified by several oven thermometers) for at least 20 minutes, despite having been replaced under warranty- we just gave up calling for replacements as they insisted that was normal. The sensor under-reading is bad in convection mode as well, so I seriously doubt the "no-preheat air fry" claim. SLOW-HEAT would be more accurate.
The convection fan transmits a vibration into the wall that is audible in the room behind it. Very annoying. Obviously proper isolation of the oven was not incorporated into it, or was not required during installation.
Our previous 25 year-old GE electric ovens were far superior to this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are troubleshooting tips for the oven taking longer to pre-heat on page 23 of the Use and Care Manual here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--JPIPaXTE--/038550718b2d2586236313a79cb45bb8bda5ebe3.pdf.You do have the ability to adjust the overall oven temperature, which you can learn more about on page 9 of the same Use and Care Manual previously linked.
