From the minute it was installed, this oven has been amazing. I love the wifi feature - it does come in handy. The oven temperature is very accurate and most importantly, it is quiet!

control board replaced-still getting error message

I have had this oven since September 23, 2020. It is now January 16, 2021 and the control board has already been replaced once and I’m still getting the same error message that the oven door is open and cooking is paused when the oven door is not open. It has been very frustrating. The oven looks great, but I’m hoping we can get it to work well!

Connected and convenient

I never thought I’d have a need for wifi-connected ovens but my newly-constructed home cane with them as part of their standard appliance package. Honestly, now that I’ve had them and used them over the last month that I have lived in my new house, I love them. They cook beautifully, and evenly. I love that I am alerted via the app when the oven has reached its temp or when the timer is done and I can turn off the oven when I am upstairs attending to my toddler.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so good. I do like the racks. The timer needs to be louder. Doubtful if I will ever use the remote feature. I am not having an oven on when I am not in the house. This feature could be removed, and the price lowered in my opinion.

Excellent Oven, Only One Complaint

Bought this oven to replace a 12-year old GE Profile wall oven. Have had it for over 2 months and I can't say enough good things about it. The internal design and racking is a definite improvement from 12 years ago. Haven't tapped into the WIFI features yet but I think there are some that I will definitely use.
My only complaint -- and it has nothing to do with the quality of the oven -- is that this oven only came with one rack and a roller rack. It also did not come with a broiler pan. In all the years that I have been cooking (over 50 years), this is the first time that I have encountered this. A bad policy on the part of GE.

Terrible support and product quality

The third time we used it, the oven displayed self-cleaning required. During the self-cleaning, the oven burned through the coating on the floor of the oven-catching fire. GE currently has not offered to replace the oven though the technician even stated it was clean and was a manufacturing defect and must be replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
