Looks great, slow to pre-heat & quiet

Wall oven looks great and cooks food evenly within recommended times; however slow to preheat and the audible tones are quiet and hard to hear. I have it at the highest setting and often have to set a second timer alarm on my phone.

Defective Upon Arrival

The oven looks great but was defective upon arrival. The oven light would not ever turn off. It turns out that some of these have defective circuit boards. Someone had to come out to replace it. Works fine now and light turns off like it should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our built-in oven died...just before Christmas! We bought this oven and have been extremely pleased with it! I especially love the slide-out rack!

So nice to have a new oven

Our new oven was installed two days before Christmas. It has a nice, even heat. I am still practicing with the convection oven, but the touch pad is easy to use.
One feature is the easy slide out rack, and that is very nice when a heavier pan is used. I also really like the coated racks. They make the oven look clean. I also like the newer models that do not have the heating element inside the oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!
