I really wanted to love this oven. It takes FOREVER to pre-heat and the amount of heat that escapes is ridiculous. I had ribs cooking for 2 hours and it got so hot in the kitchen that the temp in the house got up to 84! My family was miserable. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. My husband really wanted it for it’s features-I would have talked him into NOT getting this oven. I do like the non-stick racks but they are not worth the heat emission
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oven cooks evenly, looks marvelous and rolling rack is a breeze. Warm up is a bit slower than used to but also records temperatures in 1 degree increments

Temperature varies

The first couple of things I baked were nowhere near done in the usual baking time. So I bought an oven thermometer, and if the wall oven read 400, the thermometer read 350. If there is an adjustment to be made, I don't know how to make it. The instructions are online only, and very long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really do love the new oven with two exceptions...it’s a little smaller than I would like (but I can live with that) and IT IS THE SLOWEST PREHEATING OVEN I HAVE EVER SEEN!!

The convection feature of this oven seems to help it heat up quickly and bake thoroughly. it also looks very nice and modern. I think the wifi feature is unnecessary and would like to have the option to buy appliances without this feature.

Love the WiFi

This oven is great. Love the ability to slide the bottom rack out, the hidden buttons, but most of all we love the WiFi. We have it connected to our smart home system and it’s extremely convenient and fun to use!
