I would have rated this product 5 stars if it would have worked straight out of the box. I was unable to use it until the control board was serviced.
Great cooking results. Very even heating on convection and regular settings! Works well with the app and with the thermometer (included).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hot Spots

The oven seems a little slow to pre heat and has some definite hot spots. In the back side, my sweet potato fries turn to charcoal before the ones in front are done. I'll try putting the pan in backwards for the second phase.

Oven is stylish. I like that the controls are not always visible because it gives the outside a clean look. The unit itself is much better insulated than our old one. It takes longer for it to preheat, but when I put food in the oven, I know it is up to temperature. I used the convection feature on our Thanksgiving turkey and it was done in record time and was delicious! Cooked perfectly throughout. So glad we bought this new unit!

A giant upgrade from my last oven, this 30" wall oven does the job in style! The controls are easy to use and operate, the menus are simple, and the results are spectacular. The roller shelf is really cool! It is so much easier to get a full Dutch Oven in and out without having to reach in and accidentally touch the sides, such a treat! The oven does take longer to warm up and cool down than my old oven, but the insulation seems to be much more efficient, so that is to be expected. It's much quieter than my old oven, too. The lights are stellar! I love how easy it is to see through the HUGE window and how well the lights brighten up the view. I've never had a SMART oven and wasn't sure what to expect. I really like the notifications telling me the timer is done or the oven is up to temp. I'm not sure I'd ever use the remote pre-heat, that seems a bit dicey. I mean, what if my kids put their stuffies in there? Not that they would, but baked stuffy would be a disaster!
Overall, this is a fine purchase and I'd recommend this oven to anyone looking for a wall oven to replace an old unit.
