Solid but not all that intuitive of an experience

The core functions of the oven--heating a meal, two meals in two separate ovens--work fine and are great, but here are a couple issues with the unintuitive nature of the product: 1. I can't, for the life of me, connect two devices to the app to be able to run it remotely. The search functionality on the site is subpar, at best, and I kept getting kicked to products and shopping sections. To this date, I haven't been able to do it. It feels like it's easy to set up initially but any modifications to the setup afterward are non-existent.
2. The oven light works for both ovens only. All or nothing, I feel like this could've easily been addressed.
3. Still annoyed about the fact I had to hire an electrician to take apart my 220 outlet to set it up in a junction box with the oven.
We have used it numerous times now and I absolutely love this oven. The color perfectly matches our cabinets and makes the space look absolutely gorgeous.
I had to replace my 5 year old GE Profile double wall oven due to mother boards being fried. They no longer make that model so I had to purchase GE® 30" Smart Built-In Self-Clean Convection Double Wall Oven with Never Scrub Racks. Unfortunately, this oven isn't as nice as the Profile. Replacement oven uses one on/off switch for both upper and lower, oven rack directly slide on sides of oven walls and are so tight it took the finish off the oven wall the first time I put the racks in, one timer for upper and lower oven, convection bake only heat to 350, Smart Built technology that allows you to use the Drop Recipe app (GE partners with this company and promotes them) doesn't work, GE and Drop Recipe are aware there is a major problem which doesn't allow the expensive Smart Built to work.
