So far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had the oven for a few months, but so far, so good! 4 stars because the Sabbath mode is tricky to use, and there is no fast preheat option. But other than that, we're very satisfied.
Like the functionality so far but hate that every time I touch it to set the temperature, or time or start buttons you can see the fingerprints.

We want to assist with the cleaning and care of the stainless-steel finish of your appliance. For daily maintenance, we recommend using a solution of mild soap and water with a soft cloth. For additional care recommendations, please refer to this article: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16574.
So far it seems to work fine, but preheating is slow. Also no user guide came with the oven and none of the QR codes provided on the installation instructions, nor on the oven work. So it would be nice to have a user guide. Not sure how to use all the functions.

We want to help by providing information regarding the longer preheat time you are experiencing with your unit. Preheating your unit can take 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the temperature selected. The selected temperature will affect the amount of time it takes to preheat. For every 25-degree increment above a 350-degree set temperature, approximately 45 to 60 seconds will be added to the preheat time. We have an article on our website that provides additional information and tips for addressing long preheat times at the link: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16540. In an effort to be good stewards of the environment, we no longer print physical copies of owner’s manuals. However, we maintain digital copies of all manuals on our website for you to access at any time. Some benefits of this practice are that you’ll always know where to find the manual and that the digital version will include the most up-to-date information. You can find the owner’s manual for this model at the link below. Starting on page 7, you’ll find additional information about the controls on your unit: https://images.salsify.com/image/upload/s--4mtK4YaA--/c382856e887fffb7eec7ecafd0c79b9cef19f911.pdf.
We’ve had our new GE oven a few months now and it’s working great. The oven gets to the set temperature quickly and maintains its set temperature very accurately. We really like the air fryer for quick meals and reheating leftovers. The touch panel is very easy to operate and easy to keep clean as well.
The overall product functions normally. I gave it a 3 rating because there is a design flaw with the oven racks. The oven is installed level horizontally and vertically. However, all of the racks are not level when a level is placed on them. All the racks are very bouncy and loose when placed in any of the rack positions and lean down in the front and up in the back in both ovens. This makes all my cakes bake about a half inch higher in the front than in the back. This is unacceptable to me as a Home Economist and regular cake baker. GE tech checked it out and agrees there is a rack design flaw. My husband and I checked out numerous floor display models and found d the same issue, so it’s not just my ovens. I request and expect an acceptable solution to this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the racks of your wall oven. We are going to share your comments with our product team for review.
I love my new oven. The old one was-well, old and unpredictable. This new GE is perfect. I haven’t been able to do a lot with it yet, so more of a review to follow, but the start is lovely.
