Preheat times are pre-historic

Because the elements are hidden, it takes an hour to preheat. Also, the timer buzzer is as quiet as a mouse. Not even sure why they bothered having a buzzer at all. The connected app is kind of confusing.
Otherwise, it looks really nice. And the convection seems to work ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love these ovens and the ability to have Alexa preheat any of the ovens and the convenience of having it work wirelessly with the notifications.
We did not buy this oven, it came in the house we just had built. One issue is that the vent will vent all the heat out of the bottom below the lower oven. So when you are cooking you get the nice smell of food, but also all the heat from the oven as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
