We love our new oven. First they are very quiet. You almost have to make sure it's on because it makes very little noise. Temps are very accurate. Preheat only takes 10 mins. Great buy compared to other models. I especially like the wifi connection because I can control it from my phone anywhere.

We love our new ovens! The touchscreen is so easy to use and I I’ve the WiFi connectivity. The oven racks are easier to slide and clean!

Like the look of the oven, the handles and the cooking options although I have only used regular and convection options; haven't tried air fry mode yet. I like that all the display options hide when not in use and it only shows time in a small window which gives it a simple, clean look when oven not in use. It does show fingerprints easily so I do find myself cleaning surface more frequently. I mostly use top oven so I do store some bakeware in the bottom oven. The center glass on the ovens, although dark, are kind of see-thru so I am not crazy about seeing what I have stored in bottom oven. I have noticed the oven racks stick; I don't know what to do to get them to glide in and out more easily. Also, only 1 light switch which turns on the lights in both ovens. I don't need the bottom oven light on when I am only cooking in the top oven so wish they had 2 separate oven light switches. Lastly, put a pull-off instruction sticker on the oven with "burn in" instructions prior to first use. I turned it on and immediately noticed an odor so had to turn it off and start googling "new oven" instructions. Also, it did indicate you could call an 800# for a user's manual so I did because it has features my old oven did not have (and my husband reads user manuals front to back) but, when you call, said no paper user manuals are available. May want to ensure your user messaging is accurate and consistent across your documentation and website.

Unhealthy oven flaky scratchy paint on food.

This oven racks won't slide without scratching and ruining the inside walls of oven. I have owned many ovens in the past and this one is all scratched up due to the racks. I don't feel safe cooking with it any more because there is paint flakes everywhere inside. Doesn't seem healthy to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
