I really do not like the oven

I have had it for a month now and already had a tech out to check it to no avail. The oven never is at the temperature it is supposed to be at. It is either 50 degrees too low or too high. And you never know which it is. I have burned cookies, under cooked chicken. I finally got a thermometer but now feel like I need to check it and adjust it every 15 minutes. I really wish I had not replaced my old oven
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your new oven has a different cooking system from your old oven and therefore may cook differently than your old oven.
For the first few uses, follow your recipe times and temperatures carefully. If you still think your new oven is too hot or too cold, you can adjust the temperature yourself to meet your specific cooking preference.

good oven for the price

Heats up quickly and fan is quiet. Main complaints: fingerprints everywhere, timer is very quiet and there should be 5 racks instead of 4.

Quiet and smart oven!

This double oven has all the features I wanted: quiet fan, extended roller rack, sleek style and it is very smart. Can program from my phone as well as delayed start. Cooking has never been easier.

Horrible chemical smell that caused me to open the doors. The smell has not fully gone away yet, which is concerned. Not sure if the paint used for the inside of the oven is good (foreign?).

Hello Clarkc2. A small amount of smoke or odor from the oven is not uncommon the first time a new range is used. It is caused by the heating of new parts, insulating materials, or the tape used in shipping, and should dissipate after the first few uses. Thanks for the feedback!
