Very good overall

I haven’t had time to fully evaluate the oven. So far, my experience has been that the keypad is easy and intuitive. I’ve used the convection function only for cookies, but they turned out great — all evenly browned with stacked cookie sheets and no rotating. (I had to guess how to correct oven temperature though.). The only thing that has not worked well is setting up the air fry option; I’ve been unable to accomplish that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Someone along the way should have made sure I got an "Owner's Manual". It wasn't even mentioned until I called the dealer to ask how to make things work.

We also love the air fryer!
We're so glad you're enjoying these great features. Another standout is Self-Clean with optional Steam Clean. Cleaning the oven interior has never been easier, with two convenient options to fit your lifestyle. Perfect for a quick refresh after baking cookies—or a deeper clean after that cheesy lasagna overflow.
We're confident you'll enjoy this oven for many years to come!

Have not used it much yet. Oven seems a little small, but we didn't have room for a 30 inch. Took a while to preheat. But the racks are terrible, they wouldn't slide really at all, and were chipping the lining off the oven. I put a little cooking oil on them and then they slid easily, but can't imagine that is a permanent fix. Many people report this as a problem. Also would have liked a paper manual to be included. I had to go to the website and print it off (English pages only). But, other than the things mentioned, it does have a nice appearance and the controls seem easy to use. Anxious to try the different cooking modes.

This oven is the pits. It has only one heating element (top) and takes FOREVER to preheat. I had an old Kenmore that would preheat in less than 5 minutes. This GE takes at least 15 minutes to get to 350. Have had it about a year and will have to replace. Extremely inefficient. Who knew an oven could have only one heating element. Terrible idea.

We'd like to help with the preheating times and go over some information for the heating elements.
This model comes with a 8-pass broil element and 10-pass bake element. The back element is hidden to allow for easier cleaning of the surface. Also, since it is "True European Convection" it comes with a convection fan and third heating element that circulates air for more efficient cooking.
It can be normal for the preheating of this oven to be around 15 to 20 minutes. However, there can be factors that can influence the preheating time.
For example, the selected temperature always impacts the preheat time, every 25 degree increment above a 350 degree set temperature will add approximately 45 to 60 seconds to the preheat time. The room temperature and starting temperature of the oven can also add extra time.
