HUGE upgrade!

This unit replaces a 1984 GE oven mounted in the mass wall of a solar home in NC. We love to cook and our existing oven was decent but not up-to-date. I purchased the oven with discounts and can not imagine what this unit can't do! It has all of the bells and whistles that a much more expensive unit can do at a reasonable cost. We have used it for every meal since it was installed. From warming breakfast while talking to friends to cooking a whole chicken, this oven performs incredibly!

More than I expected

The delivery was on time and the oven was very securely packed and there was zero damage. The oven seems to be very well built the quality seems high, The display panel is beautiful well lit and very easy to use. I don't know if a week is time enough to write a review but so far we are completely satisfied. The oven preheats in a very reasonable time, the food (cookies) baked evenly. You can hear the convection fan run but, I would expect that. It is audible but it certainly isn't loud. So far my expectations have been exceeded. Maybe after we use this for six months or so I will add more information to this review. There are many features that we haven't used yet and time will tell how it holds up.

Looks beautiful but...

It's looks good but the preheat is to slow and the convection is to loud. The oven also stop's heating if you open it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The convection fan will typically operate during all convection cooking modes and will shut off when the door it opened. Hope this helps!

We installed this ourselves and couldn't be happier with how it looks. Love the hidden touch pad and wireless connectivity. Every one of the many cook features has worked perfectly so far.
