No Instruction Manual -

Too Cheap to provide an instruction manual! Took 3 weeks to have it installed. It looks like a very good oven...have to download an app and promise to let them control your oven in order to get an instruction manual...no way, hosea! GE used the excuse of saving paper to rip off the customer by not including an instruction manual...why do I have to use MY paper and printer ink??!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In order to be good stewards of the environment, we no longer print physical copies of owner’s manuals. However, we maintain digital copies of all manuals on our website for your access at any time. Please note that you do not have to download an app to access the manual, and we would never control your wall oven. Our SmartHQ app is meant to provide extra convenience, by allowing you to preheat and monitor your oven from anywhere.
Some benefits of the manual being online are that you’ll always know where to find it and that the digital version will include the most up-to-date information. Nice capacity and great features

I love this oven! Although the “box” size is the same as my previous oven, the overall internal space is quite a bit larger. I love the air fryer feature as well as the probe. Its WIFI capability is great too. My only issue so far is the noise it makes when it’s preheating. Is this expected or is there a problem? I would very much appreciate a response please.

You may hear your oven make sounds when operating. These include crackling, popping, or oil canning sounds are caused by the heating and cooling of the metal during the cooking or cleaning processes. You may also hear the temperature control click on and off during the baking, broiling, convection cooking, and self-cleaning cycles. The sound of a fan running during and after the oven is on is also normal. Please contact us directly if you have additional questions.

Not happy with product

I am not happy with my oven only had it for 3 weeks and oven glass has broken and having hard time to get it repaired.

Great looking oven.

I purchased this specific oven model to replace the exact one I had. Unfortunately, I made the assumption that being the same exact models the dimensions would be the same.
They are not.
Thankfully the delivery team were able to make some adjustments at the time of delivery to accommodate this problem and I was later able to take care of the rest of it myself.
I love the oven overall and the broiler is AMAZINGLY fast, however, the preheat time for the oven is PAINSTAKINGLY SLOW!
I also love that the oven racks themselves are black. They look amazing.
