We love the way this oven looks in our kitchen. The black on black color scheme complements you wood kitchen cabinets nicely. This 27" wall oven replaced a 20 year old white GE so there were no installation issues at all, it just slipped right in. This oven is dead on with the temperature ranges and we love the slide out shelf. All and all we love this GE product.

This wall oven is incredible!

This oven replaced a GE Profile oven from the 90’s. It is so much better than the old one! I have the app on my phone to start the oven and the timer alarm to notify when our family meals are done! I would and do recommend this oven to anyone that asks!!

A bit disappointing

Takes way too long to heat up... example: from 0 to 425 takes 22 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An Efficient, Sturdy Oven

This oven replaced one of another brand that served well for 20 years. The new GE oven seems to be quite efficient (has good insulation) because it seems to cool slowly after shutting off the power. The door feels sturdy when opening and closing. That is one item that emits a quality impression. The convection baking setting works well. The design features a bottom well where water can be added for "steam cleaning". That also means that there is no exposed heating element except the broiler at the top. The app is fun. It notifies me when the preheat is complete. It also it displays a "baking time" so if I forget to set a timer, I know how long it has been on.
One thing this oven does not have that I got used to on the old oven is low temperature capability. This oven's minimum set temperature is 170 F. The old one could go down to 110 F so one could make yogurt and dry bread. That is not a huge loss.
I would recommend this to a friend!
