Perfect oven for a baker .

When we updated our appliances I told the man at the store I had to have a convection oven because I’m a baker. When they where installed and powered up I was so excited to see that the oven had a proofing setting!! That was a huge bonus!. My bakers heart is happy.

So far so good. Love the rack that extends out like a drawer on slides. Oven is simple to use and the LED panel goes dark unless you are using the oven, all you see is the time. Stainless finish is nice and does not show finger prints on the door, but the grab bar will show prints. Would be nice if it was finger print free since this is what you all the time, but a quick wipe and they are gone. So far very satisfied.

The oven performs well. The touch panel is fairly intuitive and easy to use. Due to the lack of a floor heating element the oven is much easier to keep clean.
