Has some great features!

I had our old wall oven replaced in March with this model. I like that it can do convection or standard baking. Oddly I really like the fact that when it's not active, the only thing you see is the time. Otherwise it's totally black. When it's activated, then all the options appear, but they are hidden otherwise. I really like the clean look of it. Also, I did hook it up to our Wi-Fi and I can ask our Alexa to preheat the oven while I am busy with something else. It even notifies me on my phone when it's reached the target temperature! Little things I'd never think about are now saving me steps and hassle. Gotta love that! Very happily pleased. Hope it lasts a good long time.

Smart app features not that helpful

Getting pinged to let me know the oven has preheated and is ready to start cooking is just bothersome. Maybe would be helpful if I were not at home. Ditto for other smart app features. Also the oven temperature is lower than the actual temperature set. We need to figure out how to adjust the temperature, so it is actually the temperature we wish to use. Very hard to find information on how to do this. Until we do, I'm setting it 25-50 degrees higher than what I actually want. Still, after living with just a toaster oven for 8 months, it's great to have a real oven again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice electric oven

Received this appliance in a new construction home. First electric over we have had in almost 10 years and it performs well. We still prefer gas but had no choice by the house builder. Any electric oven takes way longer to preheat than a gas oven. We haven’t used any of the fancier features yet like convection cooking or remote enable and likely never will. Just not our style. Since we’ve only used it for only 2 months or so, we have no idea how easy it is to clean. So far, this oven has performed well.

Beautiful, Newest Modern Look from GE

The Matte White color on this oven is beautiful. I waited years for just the right one & I am very happy. The roll out shelves are just fantastic. Makes baking so easy & no more burns. The steam cleaning is great, 38 minuites vs 5 hrs of cleaning.

I replaced my old regular oven with this one and I'm very happy. The convection and regular baking is great. I've only used the steam cleaning once so I can't comment on the other, but so far so good. I've baked chicken on the convection and regular bake, casseroles, broiled a steak, and bacon.
