Looks nice, performs poorly

This cooktop is extremely unstable and unreliable. Some burners cook much faster than others, and the burners frequently turn off at random despite induction cookware being used. The cooktop looks very nice, but performs poorly, not what should be the case with a Profile appliance.

Faulty electronic panel?!

I finally have a new 30” GE oven installed after 4 service calls. NOW The control panel does not light up - cannot see numbers or settings! I have the 5th appointment in a week. ( 2of previous involved delivery).
This experience with GE has been terrible - after years on being a GE customer I would not order another product in the same manner. I hope there is a reasonable solution that does not involved 2 more service calls!

Since it did not come with a printed user manual, we have not been able to enjoy all the features. It is too inconvenient to try to download a manual and use it while also preparing food

Very nice modern oven. It cooks well and evenly. The steam clean works well. Do not use the high heat oven cleaning method. It will destroy the motherboard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The glass door is dirty in between and it really bothers me .my oven is only a few weeks old and is not looking pretty

Miss my Previous GI Oven

This was bought to replace my first GE oven which was close to 30 years old. I will be honest and say I miss my old oven. The clock display was so visible, this one is not; the settings are all cencors which I dislike; the time it takes to get this oven to the temp set takes much longer. I have only used the baking setting and frankly I cannot taste anything different from the previous oven. Overall, disappointed for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your oven is cooking too slow or too fast, the oven thermostat will need to be adjusted, calibrated. For the first few uses, follow your recipe times and temperatures carefully and use the rack positions recommended in the Cooking Guide in your manual on page 17 and 18 at the link: https://images.salsify.com/image/upload/s--4mtK4YaA--/c382856e887fffb7eec7ecafd0c79b9cef19f911.pdf.
