Quality product and cooks fast. Service and placement in the home was very slow and delivery from the factory was poor.

I love the way this oven preheats quickly and bakes beautifully. The convection feature is amazing for baking more than one dish at a time. I also like the sliding oven rack. It’s especially handy for heavy items, however because it is thicker than the standard oven rack it can’t be centered in the oven. It’s either a little lower or higher than center. This isn’t a big problem as the standard rack can be used when a dish needs to be cooked in the center position. I have used the bake, broil, convection bake and warm features and they all worked perfectly. Unlike other ovens I have used, the broiler element turns off if the oven door is left ajar during broiling. I assume that this must be a feature to prevent the control panel from being damaged by extending exposure to high heat. It did not negatively effect the outcome of the dish that I was broiling but required more diligent attention. I haven’t tried the proof or self cleaning features yet. This oven has a very sleek and modern appearance that would look great in any kitchen. I like that only the clock is visible and the controls are only visible when in use. I have only had my new oven for about a month which is why I haven’t used every feature yet. So far I am really enjoying using this oven and it is the best oven that I have owned.

Nice replacement oven

Had to replace a slide in oven I prefer the way my new oven fits into the space. I do however not like the loud humming sound it make while it’s heating up. I will eventually call to see if this is normal cause it sounds like something may be wrong
