It looks great but takes forever to preheat and there is a funky rack in the middle that I can’t figure out how to remove. A turkey, ham, or prime rib will never fit if I can’t move it. Nifty aliding rack tho

Worth the wait

My 25 year old Dacor oven stopped working. Had to wait several months for this oven due to Covid. This oven has more features and heats evenly. Enjoying the app to control the oven. The only downside is the low volume when preheat is completed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We've had the oven for a few weeks now and are happy with it. It easily accommodates the gas regulator from our cooktop--which some ovens don't. The fan is quieter than the one we had before. It seems to heat evenly and we love the way it sings to us when it has finished preheating!

Haven't tried all the features yet but I like the ease of connecting to the app and get notifications when preheat is done or timer is up. So far, it's sleek in our new house.

Love this oven

This oven is so sleek and has some really neat settings. We love the proof setting to warm break or the warm setting to keep cooked foods warm til we’re ready for dinner.
