Great Oven, but ....

Like the way the oven works, however I am very concerned when the time comes to changing the oven light. It seems to be a very complicated and a difficult task. The heavy weight of the oven door and difficulty to remove the oven door will not help changing the light and very concerning to me. The volume to notify you of end or reach of temperature even at its highest level is not loud and needs fixing. These may seem minor flaws but I am a female and to me these three features are important and need correction.

30" Electric Smart Convection Oven

Product is very attractive, quiet, easy to use and full of features including WI-FI connectable for remote access and control. This is replacement oven for one that arrived with damaged/bent rack that wouldn't fit in oven and interior showed scrape marks 5/29/20. Replacement excellent except for a minor damage area on same sliding rack system that arrived damaged the first time delivered. New rack damage cosmetic and does not affect use of sliding mechanism.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This oven has lots of features. It cooks very well. The convection cook time is not faster than the conventional. I love the look and how easy it is to use!

I really wanted to love this oven. It takes FOREVER to pre-heat and the amount of heat that escapes is ridiculous. I had ribs cooking for 2 hours and it got so hot in the kitchen that the temp in the house got up to 84! My family was miserable. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. My husband really wanted it for it’s features-I would have talked him into NOT getting this oven. I do like the non-stick racks but they are not worth the heat emission
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oven cooks evenly, looks marvelous and rolling rack is a breeze. Warm up is a bit slower than used to but also records temperatures in 1 degree increments
