Your feedback is extremely important to us. We will pass these comments regarding the Air Fry feature along to our product team to review.
The size of this oven is perfect. We have not used it yet to determine how well it performs but the controls are mostly self explanatory. I like the ability to use my smartphone to operate the controls. I think it would be helpful to include an operating manual with the instructions and maybe some guidance on how to best use the features.
I’m genuinely impressed with my GE stove with air fry capabilities—it’s a kitchen essential that delivers on every level. Design: The modern stainless-steel finish adds a stylish touch to my kitchen. It’s sleek, well-constructed, and fits perfectly into my setup without feeling bulky. Capacity: The oven space is incredibly generous! Whether I’m roasting multiple trays for a family dinner or baking desserts, I never feel short on room. Controls: The user interface is super intuitive. Whether I’m setting timers, adjusting modes, or exploring air fry options, everything feels seamless and responsive. Functionality: From traditional baking to high-powered air frying, this stove performs beautifully. Crispy textures without excess oil? Yes, please. Temperature: Consistent and reliable. Whether it’s a low-and-slow stew or a quick bake, the temperature stays steady and predictable every time.
I was very happy with the product and the installation. The oven being replaced was only 12 years old, which was disappointing. The new model has the vent underneath the oven rather than just under the control panel, I am pleased with the improvement on the design.
The door has never closed all the way. It takes forever to preheat. Like 15 minutes for 350 setting. Now when I open the door about 80% of the time it shuts off. It does not maintain the temperature that it was set to. It slowly goes to a lower temperature. It’s always down this. I should have called when it was brand new but didn’t. Now it is 5 years old 😩
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to lend a hand with your wall oven. If the oven is installed at its proper voltage (240 volts for electric), you should expect the following preheat time of 15 to 20 minutes. This is normal.
Electric ovens will cycle on and off throughout the cycle to maintain the set temperature. When the oven temperature has dropped below the set temperature, the oven cycles on again to heat and will then cycle off again once it is higher than the set temperature.
