Takes longer to cook food than my previous oven

So far I guess it is pretty good. It takes much longer to cook things than my previous oven, on bake or convection. Actually convection takes longer than bake! And yes, I have had my electrician check the power lines and the retailer sent out a technician to check everything out. So I guess I will just have to cook everything on a higher temp to get what I want.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful upgrade

My wife and I are enjoying this new in-wall oven. It is an improvement from our old one. We like the flat front touch controls and the fact it is a little bit larger on the inside from out old one.

Great oven, shelves need redesign

I love this oven, but the shelves are difficult to pull out and push back in. When you are baking a pie, the filling can slosh, because the shelves don’t slide well. I think ovens at this price point should come standard with a roller rack.

Thankfully, no big learning curve here. The touch pad is easy to use. Temp setting is straight forward and my cake and breads are evenly baked.
